For Organizers

Easily Manage Events
With an organizer account, user can create and manage both free and paid events. From uploading flyers to managing orders and bookings, Events Champ gives organizers all the necessary tools to manage events.

Sell Tickets
Organizer can create multiple ticket plans for an event and use our payment processing platform to not only process the payment but allow the buyer to automatically generate eTickets (once payment is confirmed) that can be scanned and verified at the event venue.

Manage RSVP
With free events, organizers are able to manage and access valuable attendee data and information when attendee registers.

Connect your Team
With Events Champ organizer account, user can invite team mates to connect to the organzier account and help manage order, bookings, places, events and more. There are 3 user roles: Super Administrator, Administrator and Staff roles. The Super administrator is automatically assigned to the user who create the organizer account. The staff role is the default role for any user that signs up through an invite. An administrator can change the role once the invite is accepted and account created.

The staff role can onl edit or view data. The super administrator and Administrator can create, view, edit and delete data. Super administrator and administrator however to view and monitor activities of all users.

Create Places
Places is basically venues for events. An organizer can create places and process requests for quotes for the place. This help the organizer generate leads for his event property. With places, organizers can showcase and update seating chart, photos and videos of the place and much more. It allows other organizers looking for a place to host their event access important information about the place including save the place.

Validate Tickets
Users with organizer account are able to create affiliate user accounts whose main role is to scan and verify tickets at the event. Once an affiliate account is created for a user, the user is able to access their user credentials through email, with which they can be able to log into our ticket app and the verify event tickets on behalf of the organziers.

In-app & Email Messaging & Notifications
The in-app notifications allows communications between Artists, Organizers and Attendees. An organizer can get notifications from attendees looking to make enquiries about an event or from Artists the organizer has sent booking requests.

The Email notification acts as a way to inform users about important notifications associated with the organizer account. With the notification setting under Account settings, user can instruct the software on how to send notifications.

Followers
Use your organizer account to get followers and engage with attendees.

Convenient Payment Process
Our organizer plaform is designed in such as way as to notify the organizer of every paid order for events. The recieved payment however is not processed into the account wallet until atleast 2 days after the event ends. The super administrator is the only user role that has the privildge to request withdrawal using the Auth Code.

The Auth Code is a 4 digit pin that is sent to the super administrator once account registration is completed. The pin is a key requirement when trying to withdraw funds from wallet.

Add media
The organizer platform makes it possible for user to add photos and videos. Create photo albums and add photos for each album. Add any youtube videos easily.

Bookings
Organizers can be able to book Astists for their events. To book an Artist, simply go to the Artist page and send a booking request. Select the event you want to book the Artist and add a message.

For Artists

Track Earnings
With an Artist account, users can be able to track their earnings on the platform by manually inputting the data once they approve a booking request or add an upcoming event. Please note that the earning data is not shared with organizers and it's meant for internal USE ONLy.

Promote Upcoming Events
Artist accounts can be able to add upcoming events if they have access to what we call a Secret Event Identifier (SEI). This can only be provided to the Artist by the organizer. Once a user adds an event to their Upcoming List, the organizer must consent before the event is enabled for public access. If for some reason either the Artist do not want to be connected to the Event or the organizer do not want the Artist to connect to the Event, consent can be withdrawn and the account would be disconnected.

Get Subscriptions
Artists can collect subscription from attendees on Events Champ. Subscriptions allows Artist to be able to send bulletins with or without upcoming events attached. This is a great tool to directly connect with attendees and help promote events.

Add Photos & Videos
Artists can be able to showcase their work and artistry through photos and videos. Users can create photo albums and add as many photos to the album as they want. If an Artist want to add a video, the video must first be uploaded on Youtube, then added on the platform using the video ID.

Get Bookings & Leads
With an Artist account, organizers would be able to send Booking request with Events attached. Once an organizer sends booking request, the Artist account team would each receive notification of the request. Users of the Artist account can then either approve or reject the booking request once a review is complete. Artist can also use our platform to communicate with Organizers whose booking requests are pending.

Connect your Team
With Events Champ Artist account, user can invite team mates to connect to the account and help manage orders, bookings, upcoming events and more. Manage Paid Tickets
The attendee account allows users to create and manage all paid tickets. Users can see the status of tickets, orders including whether that ticket has been checked in or not. The user can also be able to download the ticket anytime anywhere.

Secure Checkout
The Events Champ platform guarantees secure checkout process. We follow all security guidance in both mobile and credit card processing and work with well trust payment processing companies including Paystack and Stripe.

In-app & Email notifications
The in-app notifications allows communications between Artists, Organizers and Attendees. An Attendee can get notifications from Artists and Organizers if the attendee has subscribed or follows the Artist or Organizer.

The Email notification acts as a way to inform users about important notifications associated with the Attendee account. With the notification setting under Account settings, user can instruct the software on how to send notifications. Get real time updates from Organizers and Artists about Events, news etc.

For Affiliates

Scan & Verify Tickets
Affiliates are user accounts that are able to scan and validate tickets on behalf of the Oranizers at event venues. Users with organizer account are able to create affiliate user accounts. Once an affiliate account is created for a user, the user is able to access their user credentials through email, with which they can be able to log into our ticket app.
