Log into an attendee account or easily create an attendee account.
Step 2Go to the event page and locate the ticket of interest.
Step 3Click on the button on the ticket to be redirected to the billing and checkout page.
Step 4Attendee account details would be filled out automatically on the form however if you want the ticket in another name, you can simple fill the form fields with details of the user.
Step 5On the right pane, the attendee would be able to review the order and choose quanity of ticket.
Step 6Once done, the attendee can now initiate payment buy clicking on the pay now button.
Step 7The button will launch a popup with various payment options available inlcuding credit card and Mobile Money payments.
Step 8Fill the form with the neccessary information and submit.
Step 9Once payment is confirmed, the eTickets would be automatically generated in the amount of quantity ordered.
Step 10Attendee can now view or download the eTicket onto a devices which can be shown on arrival at the event venue.
Log into an Organizer account or simply create one.
Step 2Go to create event from the dashboard to start the event creation process.
Step 3Go to the Artist of interest public page and click on bookme.
Step 4A dialog box will popup where you can choose the Event of interest.
Step 5Add a message and submit the form.
Step 6Once the form is submitted, the Artist team would get notified of the booking request and evaluate the request.
Step 7The request can subsequently be approved or rejected.
Step 8Users can however communicate with one another through the platform throughout the evaluation process.
Step 9Once the Artist approves the booking request, the Event in question is added to the account Upcoming Events List.
Step 10If both Artists and Organizers have given consent, the Event would be publicly available on the Artist page for page visitors to see. The Artist profile is also added under the booking tab of the Events page.
